I felt a lot better after re-writing my first draft. My first draft was lacking the credibility it needed to be a good paper. I however didn’t introduce my sources like I should have. My first drafts are always bad and need work. After looking at some of the problems we saw after peer review, I was able to use St. Martin’s handbook to correct some errors. My commas were in need to be fixed after using the handbook. The topic took me a while to choose. I knew it needed to be on the topic of my wiki’s but I was unsure of what would be intriguing. The subject did interest me because I had never read on the story, and I know it could happen anywhere. The research was not that hard to accomplish after I found some good, credible authors who posted some interesting and factual abstracts.
I felt like I did better on this essay than the first, but my grade showed differently. The topic seemed more interesting and easier. It was a little easier to reliable information on how video games can affect your behavior, but not a lot of information on the murder story. I tried to appeal to people’s emotions by telling a story of how craziness can take over someone and ruin live’s.
